Although nested in a green setting, well away from the big cities, Angles sur l'Anglin is nevertheless very easy to reach... So, instead of coming in a rowboat onto the Anglin river, let’s prefer the following road :

- By car : From Chatellerault : on the motorway A10, exit "Chatellerault nord" then take the direction of Pleumartin (D14), then Angles sur l'Anglin. The Lyon d'Or will be on your left, no long after the entrance of the village, at the number “4, rue d'Enfer” ! From Poitiers : on the motorway A10, take the direction Chateauroux, at the exit of Chauvigny (N151) take the direction of La Roche Posay (D5) and then Angles sur l'Anglin. Once in Angles (don’t forget to look the magnificent panoramic sight !), you’ll have to pass onto the bridge over the Anglin river, then, once on the square of the high city, take the direction of Vicq-sur-Gartempe, le Relais du Lyon d'Or is located a bit further, on your right.		- By train : Paris Montparnasse / Chatellerault in 90 minutes by TGV (the hotel is at 35 minutes from the Chatellerault’s station). Londres Waterloo / Poitiers in Eurostar (the hotel is at 45 minutes from the Poitiers’s station). Taxis and car rental in Chatellerault and in Poitiers. - By plane : At 45 minutes from the Poitiers’s airport. Calculate your itinerary thanks to viamichelin.
