Le Lyon d'Or has a new owner... And the new owner really experienced an authentic love at first sight for "one of the most beautiful villages in France" and one of its most beautiful constructions : an old Post House from the XIV century (and some other relics of the past far more ancient !) converted into a Hotel of charm. Let’s imagine, we are coming there to eat and to sleep for over 600 years ! And, of course, it doesn’t happen by chance...

And, above all, it’s a bit as if “Angles" wasn’t enough lucky by its own history and its site, since the recent discovery of the "Roc aux Sorciers", (a shelter under the rock decorated with graven bas reliefs, sculpted by genuine artists from the Magdalenian period, it was more than 15.000 years ago !) that promoted this unique site to the exceptional rank of "Humanity’s birthplace " for both, the beauty and the number of its sculptures.
